I work across multiple projects and teams at Canonical, but my primary responsibilities are:

• ADSys
• The ubuntu wiki

Most of my work is documentation-focused, but I pitch in occasionally on design-related tasks.

Career before Ubuntu

I was a university academic, specializing in food science and technology.

I gave lectures, wrote papers, fought for grant money, and supervised PhD projects.

I really enjoyed it, until I didn't.
